By accessing Leonida Files you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

The site is operated by Leonida Files, an independent, self-funded publisher based in Viet Nam. Contact details are on the contact page, and formal legal notices go to support@regulad.com.

Leonida Files is an independent editorial reference about Grand Theft Auto VI. It reports what Rockstar Games has published and labels everything else as unconfirmed.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The official site is rockstargames.com.

We do not sell, distribute, host or link to copies of the game, game files, cheats, mods, key generators or cracked software, and we do not sell in-game currency or accounts.

• Read anything here, for free, with or without an ad blocker.
• Link to any page. No permission is needed and none will ever be charged for.
• Quote a reasonable extract in your own article, video or post, as long as you credit Leonida Files and link back to the page you took it from.
• Print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

• Republish substantial parts of the site, or the site as a whole, whether or not you credit us.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest content at a rate or volume that burdens the service, or use automated tools to copy it into another product, including training a model on a bulk copy of the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any system connected to it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Interfere with the delivery of advertising in a way that defrauds advertisers - for example generating artificial impressions or clicks. Using an ad blocker as a reader is not this, and is fine.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that would put us in breach of a law or a third-party right.
• Remove or obscure any copyright notice, credit or source attribution on material you take from here.

The original text, page structure, editorial labelling system and original artwork on this site are owned by Leonida Files and protected by copyright. Subject to section 5, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read them.

Facts are not ours and cannot be owned by anyone. If you have independently written up the same confirmed detail, we have no claim over your words.

Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games, the Rockstar Games logo, Take-Two Interactive and all related names, characters, logos and imagery are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here for identification and editorial commentary only - nominative fair use - and that use implies no association and no endorsement.

Press images published by Rockstar Games are reproduced for news reporting and commentary and remain the property of their owner. Our full position, and the notice-and-takedown procedure, is on the Copyright and DMCA page.

This site is being prepared to carry advertising delivered through Google AdSense. Advertising pays for the hosting and the time that goes into the research.

• Ads are visually distinct from editorial content and are labelled. Nothing an advertiser pays for is ever presented as our reporting.
• We do not control which ads are served, and an ad appearing here is not an endorsement. Your dealings with an advertiser are between you and them.
• Where a link earns us a commission, we say so in the page it appears on. See the Editorial Policy for how we keep that separate from coverage.
• Complaints about a specific ad should go to support@regulad.com with a screenshot, and we will report it to Google.

This site reports on an unreleased product. Details change, Rockstar changes them, and some of what is true today will not be true at launch. We label confidence honestly and correct errors quickly, but we cannot promise that any page is complete, current or free of mistakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or purchase advice. Decide what to buy on the strength of the official information, not ours.

We link to sources constantly. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking, and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their terms. Follow a link and you are their visitor, under their rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonida Files is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of - or inability to use - this site.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to access the site (which is nothing) or USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify Leonida Files against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site. This does not apply to anything caused by our own acts or omissions.

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. We may change, move or remove any page at any time. Pages that are removed or substantially rewritten for accuracy reasons are noted, as described in the Editorial Policy.

We may block access from an address or network that is abusing the site under section 5. That is a technical measure, not a punishment, and if you think you were blocked in error, write to support@regulad.com.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Substantial changes are announced on the site before they take effect.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Viet Nam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the the competent courts of Viet Nam have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Most disputes about a website are a misunderstanding about a sentence. Email support@regulad.com before anything formal - we answer, and we would rather fix the sentence.

• If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is read down to the extent needed to make it valid.
• Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Editorial Policy and the Copyright page are the entire agreement between us about the site.
• You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours if the site changes hands, and would say so on the site.
